For tube mount fitment simply measure the bar you want to mount to and select the bar size from the drop down list on the order page.  You should use a set of calipers, the measurement needs to be accurate.  Tube mounts are typically mounted on crash bars or handle bars on motorcycles and roll bars on UTV's.
